Worked as a medical unit traveler. 17 bed unit. Floated a few times to be sitter in ED or work in rehab. CNAs did vitals when we had CNAs. Lab and respiratory available day and night. Communication with doctors was easy. Overall, good teamwork. The area is amazing if you like nature. The coastline is sublime, the giant redwoods are nearby, lots of hiking trails, cliffs and mountains nearby. The town is smaller, leans conservative, a few good restaurants, a small movie theatre, a few coffee shops and Starbucks. Not a whole lot to do unless you love nature. The Smith river is nearby and is blue/green clear water for swimming, whitewater rafting when weather is warmer. One of the cleanest rivers you will ever see.

      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an OB/GYN Labor &amp; Delivery night shift role requiring a CA license and nursery experience.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in the OB/GYN unit of a hospital setting</li><li>Primarily care for obstetric and nursery patients</li><li>Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week, 19:00 to 07:00</li><li>13-week contract assignment</li><li>Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility</li><li>Returning travelers must have a break of at least one year before being considered for this role</li><li>Only one holiday request off (RTO) will be approved during the contract</li><li>Must be available to complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing the agreement</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
