Absolutely loved the coworkers in PICU. I still communicate and visit friends I met on assignment. They were wonderfully supportive and have since asked me to return. However a former regular staff nurse turned manager has decided she did not like me and has told my recruiter “she is not welcome back, we don’t want her back.”  This has STUNNED me as well as former staff I told. The staff are furious I have been treated like this given absolute rave reviews from patients families, coworkers, every charge, shift supervisor, and even doctors and init NP. Prime example how ONE “mean girl” can decide she doesn’t like you for whatever random reason and you are then personally and professionally punished moving forward. The fact other Sutter managers and supervisors do not even know this new supervisor has made this decision is astounding and demonstrates problematic, bullying behavior that goes unchecked within our profession. So sad to see a management group I once praised as seemingly different I now learn is just as bad as everywhere else.

• Daily census of 6-10 patients 
• Rotating weekends once a month (Saturday and Sunday)

• Required certifications: BLS, RDCS AE, ARDMS PE 
• All certifications must be AHA or American Red Cross
