Pros
Staff is friendly and welcoming; There are plenty of opportunities for overtime. It is an easy commute for anyone living in the Indy or surrounding areas.
Cons
Housing is ridiculously overpriced because it’s a college town. Also, Sycamore Springs ( like just about every healthcare facility across the country ) is understaffed, and has a lot of new staff. As a result, the learning curve may be a bit steeper than typical.
