The workload and patient ratios
Cons
The staff here is horrible especially the night shift nurse. They are RACIST and the manager enables their behavior. They lack accountability. They are sneaky and conniving especially the charge nurses. They love to suck up to the manager just to get what they want. They all are very fake. I hated working here. Worst assignment EVER !!!!
