Pros
The nurse-to-patient ratio was 1 to 5, there is an IV team, and free parking. The hospital staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a positive experience working with my agency.
Cons
Be prepared to float to different units, and some of the managers proved to be challenging. However, do your work well, and you will be fine.
