I worked here for two years. The ratios are abysmal (1:7-8 on the floor). Micromanagement up the wazoo & management & admin don’t car about staff or patients, only the almighty $. They forced admissions when there was no water, sewage was backing up into toilets. Staff was told just to put bed-bound patients in those rooms since they won’t be needing to use the toilet or wash their hands.
