Schedule is terrible and they don’t care what days work best for you. Administration is greedy and money hungry, make decisions that are not in the best interest of patients or staff. Chronically short staffed and will give one charge nurse 18+ patients.

Will do block scheduling

Unsafe staffing, management is no help and sits in their office sleeping all night or either sits outside smoking all night while you are drowning in work, on adult unit it is 1 nurse to 25 or more patients and sometimes only 1 tech. They will use a traveler as a tech more than a nurse. They don’t even need nurses they need techs. Staff is not traveler friendly.
