I worked as a manager at Woodridge/CVMC. The people here are incredibly nice. If they don’t know something, they want to learn. They grow their own staff through multiple programs, and a lot of the staff started in their CNA program and transitioned to LPNs or RNs which the hospital paid for. I spent almost a year working here on a travel contract, and I have not anywhere with kinder or more supportive colleagues than at CVMC. Highly recommend to any traveler or staff employee looking for work in the area. Montpelier was an awesome place to live with great access to the outdoors and a few pretty good restaurants. Barr Hill is a must!
