Ratios are way too high, lack of supplies, not enough staff for the acuity of patients. Not enough staff to have proper team work. Staff is amazing individually, just under a lot of pressure and stretched really thin

Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Management is not geared towards a work/life balance for employees, demands on call without reasonable flexibility and does not yay staff what they’re worth, but will overpay travelers to come in. Still demand more of staff despite this. Petty gossipy environment. Everyone is tired and grumpy.
