 American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) with at least 1 year of OR experience and ARRT (R) certification for a rotating day and evening shift assignment in an acute care setting.
 
 <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
 <ul><li>Position is based in an acute care hospital radiology department</li><li>Work across all diagnostic radiology areas, including fluoro, mobiles, routine, operating room, endoscopy, and orthopedics</li><li>Procedures include diagnostic X-rays, fluoroscopy, and operating room cases such as cysto procedures using C-arm and O-arm</li><li>Department is equipped with 3 X-ray rooms, 6 C-arms, an O-arm, Del Medical, OEC, and Siemens (R&amp;F) equipment</li><li>Uses Epic EMR and Fuji Synapse PACS for charting and imaging</li><li>Schedule consists of 5 eight-hour shifts per week on day shift, with rotating weekends as evening shifts (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm)</li><li>No call requirements; department is staffed 24/7</li><li>Rotates through all diagnostic areas for technical skill development</li><li>Responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic radiology procedures across multiple units</li><li>Collaborates with radiologists and interdisciplinary healthcare team to support imaging needs</li><li>No IV starts required</li><li>Black scrubs required; scrubs are not provided</li><li>Candidate must not have worked at any WVU Medicine facility within the past 2 years</li><li>Travelers cannot exceed 1 cumulative year at WVU facilities before a mandatory 2-year break is required</li><li>Local candidates are not accepted; a 50-mile radius rule applies for eligibility</li></ul>
