You'd have to be an experienced traveler, self-sufficient, fast learner, able to work in stressful environments/situations, be able to improvise! You have to be a strong cath lab nurse or tech. It's a small lab and it can get toxic when the lab is staffed by mostly all travelers.  The lab is usually understaffed and there is A LOT of being on call (15+ days a month or more).
