Pros
This Cath Lab is only travelers at the moment and has locum doctors on rotation. Some days are very slow but there is also a couple IR doctors who does some easy procedures.
Cons
On call is currently 7 consecutive days on then you get 4 days off before going back on due to number of staff present.
Recommends working here
Pros
PCU: Welcoming staff/autonomy, accommodating scheduling (core staff perspective), supportive team day to day
Cons
PCU: Shifting management; distant/disconnected HQ/upper management, medical benefits, communication from providers and specialty units (teaching hospital)
Recommends working here
They will have you do postpartum but there is no real track of who’s floated. You show up and decide who will float that night. The team is very respectful and competent.
