Good place for a travel assignment. Parking is expensive but the subway and buses have stops at the hospital. Culture is great and their Boston accents kept me amused all the time.

The only negative is the parking. Make sure that you make parking fees part of your contract.

Patient care orders are seldom accurate. Hopefully you have experience to know what ought to be done and what level of care to provide. And/or you ask a ton of questions to cover yourself and champion for the patient(s). Critical care patients are all complex and this is a teaching hospital- therefore, residents.

The prepping technique feom the residents was horrible! No wonder why they had a high infection rate.

Such a clicky workplace. Senior staff eats their youngs. Some travel nurses are bullies. Patient census is great, pay is great.
