Worked ICU Float between Hillcrest and La Jolla during the pandemic.  Tough, but grateful I had full support, enough resources, great doctors and nurses at a time when most hospitals were going down in flames.  Worked staff at La Jolla after the float position and was also happy with the culture.  This can be so hard to find in todays hospital environments.  Highly recommends the UCSD system
