IMO, UNC Rex was a great place to work. I didn’t feel like I got singled out as a traveler (although other travelers I talked to did feel this way) Management was great. Lab actually comes to get your labs. Parking is free. Ratios are 2:1 ICU & 3/4:1 Stepdown. Pretty much always a tech!

its like high school they have favorites and e=when you ask for stuff they ignore you and say if i do it for you i have to for others but if they didnt ask why even say that. this is why they cannot retain nurses

• Provide competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards in a hospital setting 
• Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process 
• One year of nursing experience required 
• North Carolina Registered Nurse license required 
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification required (AHA or ARC) 
• Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN from an accredited school of nursing required 
• BSN or MSN from an accredited school of nursing preferred 
• Assess complex patient situations to determine care priorities including physical, psychosocial, educational and safety needs 
• Perform bedside point of care testing as required for patient care plans

 <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
