Poor travel experience

Having the float phone means absolutely nothing in the eyes of many. I was wrongly accused of leaving the unit when all the charge had to do was call the float phone. This would of solved the issue in less than a minute. But the charge waited 30-45 minutes delaying the case because I chose to take my lunch when I thought there was an open window. I was mislead to believing that I had time to take my lunch. Never was told to take over the operating room for the rest of that day. There are more surgical tech's than just myself..Another issue was communicating with other employees. This issue really disturbs me, I was never given a chance to stand up for myself and this was a one sided story. I know myself and I would have never said anything to make another feel as if their appearence is not accepted. There is always two sides to every story. Which mine was never heard. My contract was canceled due to speculations.
