Ed review - very heavy psych/detox population. The ratios did get a little unsafe at times but that wasn't the overall norm. Not a bad hospital, but not in my top 5. Wouldn't return unless the pay was substantial. 

If you have Iowa/compact license, you will get floated to their Iowa campus along with the one in Moline. They are much smaller EDs (Moline doesn't even take ambulances and only has L&D inpatient). I honestly loved the smaller EDs. Only two nurses and 1 doc so it can get hectic quick! But can also be a slow night with no patients for hours. You just never know. I preferred those two over Rock Island - but Rock Island is the main campus and where you will spend majority of your contract.
