Pros
The culture is friendly but extremely territorial. You’re constantly being monitored, you have to ask for a bathroom break and etc, they monitor your teams like a hawk
Cons
No cross training- if you’re admission you’re admission and etc, you don’t get the opportunity to get their system down pack to be successful. You never know what you’re doing on any given day.
