VVRMC sadly has a toxic culture and distrust of departments from executive management. The hospital lacks ethics. They're also lacking adequate patient care standards. Took too many patients in pain 3 hrs on transfers without pain mgmt orders. It's a toxic soup.

Surgery, in-patient care, physical and occupational therapy, hospice, respiratory therapy, women’s center, emergency department and radiology to name just a few.   However, there are some services you might not expect from a rural hospital:  Invasive Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, ER Express Care, high tech, state-of-the-art equipment, an Intensive Care Unit, permanent transport helicopter and Urological Services.
