Working here was quite the experience. First and foremost, the surgeons were decent to work with. The staff on the other hand were quite awful and ignorant. A lot of them went out of their way to drag you through the mud. They are super ignorant about their surgical supply as well and they didn’t take well to anyone saying different. I won’t lie, leaving this facility daily felt like you were leaving prison. The daylight greeting you with absolute freedom. The manager also would make changes to the schedule and then forget that she ever did unless you have proof.

 <ul><li>Work in a hospital setting within the Labor &amp; Delivery, OR, PACU, and postpartum units</li><li>Patient population includes mothers and infants 32 weeks gestation and up</li><li>Average of 60 deliveries per month, with growth to 80+ expected</li><li>12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends</li><li>Participation in a call rotation, typically one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks</li><li>Provide couplet care throughout Labor &amp; Delivery, postpartum, and surgical recovery</li><li>Work with a supportive and evidence-based care focused team</li><li>Pathway to Excellence Designation environment</li><li>Must be a team player with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care</li><li>No locals allowed; permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility</li><li>Facility offers housing options that can be rented directly by travelers</li></ul>
