Job said icu. Recruiter said icu. I specifically asked if it was an LTAC and told no, which is a blatant lie. Every traveler there was an icu nurse who had been lied to. They have an “icu” that’s six beds and empty. You’ll have six patients everyday who are miserable because they sit in the same soiled bandages for days since the half staff nurses never do their dressing changes. It’s not worth the pay.
