      <h2>Job Description</h2>
      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor &amp; Delivery position at a Level III high-risk facility, requiring NJ or compact RN licensure and strong fetal monitoring skills.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in the Labor &amp; Delivery unit with float requirements to the HROB unit as needed</li><li>HROB unit includes 16 rooms for early inductions, antepartum, and patients on continuous monitoring</li><li>Potential floating to up to five hospitals within skillset, including high-risk settings</li><li>Level III high-risk maternity environment with advanced perinatal care</li><li>Three 12-hour day shifts (7:00–19:00) with every other weekend and every other holiday</li><li>Uses Epic charting system; Epic experience preferred</li><li>Hospital-provided scrubs</li><li>May float to HROB unit and within five hospitals based on need and skillset</li><li>First-time travelers are accepted for this role</li><li>Block scheduling is not permitted</li><li>Requested time off must be declared at time of consideration; additional requests will not be accepted later</li><li>Hospital provides scrubs for staff</li><li>Local pay rate applies for candidates residing within 50 miles</li><li>Candidates who fail the dysrhythmia test twice will be ineligible for future assignments with this hospital system</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active NJ or compact state RN license required at time of consideration</li><li>Minimum 2.5 years of recent Labor &amp; Delivery experience</li><li>Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications</li><li>Must pass a dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing, with only two attempts allowed on a PC</li><li>COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required with no exemptions</li><li>Experience with Epic EMR preferred</li></ul>
