      <p>American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position at a Level III high-risk facility with night shift and float requirements.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in a Level III Labor and Delivery unit within a hospital setting</li><li>Care for high-risk obstetric patients with the possibility of early inductions and continuous monitoring</li><li>May float to High Risk OB unit as needed and potentially up to two nearby lower-volume hospitals</li><li>Night shift, 3x12 hours, 19:00 to 07:00</li><li>Every other weekend and holiday required</li><li>Block scheduling may be considered but is not guaranteed</li><li>Hospital provides scrubs</li><li>Responsible for the care of laboring and high-risk OB patients including antepartum and those needing continuous monitoring</li><li>Float assignments will remain within the RN's scope of practice</li><li>First time travelers accepted</li><li>Any requested time off must be provided at the time of application; additional RTO after submission is not permitted</li><li>No local pay rates offered</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active NJ or compact RN license required</li><li>Minimum 2.5-3 years recent experience in Labor and Delivery</li><li>Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP</li><li>Must pass Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of contract acceptance, using a PC only</li><li>EPIC charting experience preferred</li><li>COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required with no exemptions</li></ul>
