      <h2>Job Description</h2>
      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor &amp; Delivery position at a Level III high-risk facility requiring a NJ or compact RN license and strong clinical skills.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in the Labor &amp; Delivery unit of a Level III high-risk hospital</li><li>Must be willing to float to the High Risk OB unit as needed, which cares for early inductions, antepartum, and patients on continuous monitoring</li><li>Possible floating to up to two nearby lower-volume hospitals, though uncommon for L&amp;D RNs</li><li>Night shifts (3x12 hours), 7:00pm to 7:00am</li><li>Every other weekend and every other holiday required</li><li>EPIC EMR used; experience required</li><li>Block scheduling considered but not guaranteed</li><li>Primary responsibilities include providing care to high-risk obstetric patients</li><li>Floating assignments will remain within the RN’s scope of practice</li><li>Scrubs are provided by the hospital</li><li>First-time travelers are accepted</li><li>Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application; additional RTO will not be accepted</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active NJ or compact RN license required</li><li>Minimum of 2.5-3 years recent Labor &amp; Delivery experience</li><li>Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NRP</li><li>EPIC charting experience required</li><li>Must pass a dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing, using a PC</li><li>COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required with no exemptions</li></ul>
