<h3>Assignment Overview</h3><ul><li>Shift: Evenings, 5x8hrs</li><li>Hours: 40 hrs/wk</li><li>Start Date: Sep 14, 2026</li><li>Length: 13 weeks</li><li>Openings: 1</li></ul><h3>Description</h3>American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT CT certification and Siemens equipment experience for an evening shift assignment.<h3>Details</h3><ul><li>Tech position within a hospital-based CT Scan department supporting adult and outpatient care</li><li>Work performed across Level II Trauma Center, Emergency Department, ICU, and acute care settings</li><li>5x8 hour evening shifts, Monday through Friday, from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM</li><li>Utilizes Siemens CT equipment</li><li>EPIC EMR used for charting</li><li>Performs procedures including abdomen/pelvis, chest, head and neck, spine, and vascular imaging studies</li><li>Special procedures include biopsies, aspirations, drainage, brain perfusion, and CT arthrography</li><li>May float to any campus within the health system as needed</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required</li><li>ARRT CT and ARRT R certifications required</li><li>BLS certification required</li><li>License required if applicable</li><li>Siemens equipment experience required</li><li>EPIC EMR experience required</li><li>Experience with iSTAT, Power Ports, and PPAC required</li><li>Proficiency in peripheral IV starts and contrast media preparation/administration required</li><li>Knowledge of radiation safety and isolation precautions/PPE required</li><li>Community hospital experience preferred</li><li>Pediatric acute and outpatient care experience preferred</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Responsibilities include image display and post-processing, 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and region of interest measurements</li><li>Performs a wide range of CT studies including coronary CTA, colonography, and musculoskeletal trauma imaging</li><li>All clinical staff must pass a compliance EKG exam with up to two attempts allowed</li><li>Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be considered</li><li>First-time travelers may be considered but must be able to quickly acclimate and begin the assignment within one week of the start date</li></ul>
