Staff is friendly and genuinely cares for the community they serve

Floating to dirty floors then expected to return to OB without appropriate time to decontaminate. Being sent to float or task on floors with unsafe patient ratios, often in med surg and ED.

Lab tech. Great people on the team, both bench techs and leads. Very friendly and helpful environment overall.

Manager prone to emotional outbursts and less than professional email rants. Manager cut contract early and never spoke to me about why or gave any kind of warning. Had to find out on my own that it was due to budgetary restraints. Have been told by other techs that this is a trend with the hospital and travel contracts are often cut short.
