Pros
Hospitals are traveler friendly and if you get a place in the right part of town they are all very convenient to travel to, can get extra shifts if you want, cost of living is reasonable
Cons
On call can be rough sometimes, new hire SEEDs training had a lot that did not pertain to dialysis, could of had more hands on orientation in the beginning
