The 2nd unit manager I ended up with did not appreciate the contract staff being there to help and treated us horribly.

They don't appreciate the help

You can get a whole lot of OT but they have to come to the agency cause they expect a whole lot for example a full ICU(16 bed) + whole 8th floor (after surgery) & L&D.  Most of the time it will be you and one more therapist in evening.
