2 nurses recommend working here
Pros
Traveler friendly, good ratios, great scheduling, decent providers, Uses tiger text to communicate with most doctors. Plenty of hiking activities. Close to Sedona, Flagstaff and Phoenix. 5:1 Med/tele and 3:1 PCU.
Cons
Cost of living is High, roughly $2000-2500 for your own private space. Float between East and West Campus, 25 minutes apart, west will likely be where you spend 75% of your shifts so pick your housing accordingly.

Pros
Staff is friendly, willing to work you. Worked ICU. They have a dedicated CVICU. New to them is 24 hr Intensivist. This has helped the care and working on protocols.
Cons
New Intesivist group. Still working on protocols. As with any hospital you question some decisions made with patient care.
