Monitors and interprets utilization records and 340B purchasing accounts to ensure software and tools are working properly and accurately.</li><li>Aggregates and analyzes 340B cost savings report detailing purchasing, and replacement practices, as well as dispensing patterns.</li><li>Performs scheduled audits of drugs ordered and dispensed, comparing and reconciling reports from contract pharmacies and drug wholesalers regarding splitter software and contract pharmacy.</li><li>Performs regularly scheduled sample audits of 340B pharmacy program. </li><li>Assists with maintenance and testing of tracking software.</li><li>Collaborates with department leadership to improve or enhance 340B service offerings.</li><li>Collaborates with information technology and decision support resources in assisting sites, departments, service lines, and individuals in the identification of information/data needs to support 340B activities.</li><li>Develops recommendations for improvements to ensure compliance and effectiveness.</li><li>Assists with OPAIS database accuracy for eligible sites and accurate database records across the Mary Washington Hospital covered entities. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications:Required:<ul><li>Minimum of three years pharmacy operations experience.</li><li>Associates degree and two (2) years of work experience with focus in accounting, finance, information technology, business or a related field required or bachelor’s degree with focus in accounting, finance, information technology, business, or related field.
