We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in an Intensive Care Unit setting and demonstrate a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs and overall health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care and recovery processes.
• Document all necessary patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain adherence to best practice standards.
• Float to similar units when necessary based on staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 24 months of recent ICU experience required.
• Life support certifications (BLS and ACLS) must be current, obtained from an approved provider.
• Active state license to practice as a Registered Nurse with no disciplinary actions.
• Candidate must be flexible with shifts and willing to work varied weekends and holidays.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.

Candidates must comply with all background check standards and be prepared to start on the designated start date or within one week thereafter. Please indicate any days you are unable to work in your submission, with a limit of 7 days off requested.

This position requires Navy scrubs to be worn during shifts.
