We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. This position requires a strong background in adult intensive care, with the flexibility to float to similar units as needed. The ideal candidate will possess stroke experience and NIHSS certification.

Shift Details

• Shift: 7 PM - 7:30 AM
• 36 hours scheduled, with 24 hours guaranteed
• Must be willing to float to similar units or multiple locations within the region

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult ICU patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, responding swiftly to changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Ensure compliance with protocols and procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of recent ICU experience required
• Active state license to practice as a Registered Nurse
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS from an approved vendor
• NIHSS certification required
• No violations on state nursing license
• Travel experience is highly preferred

Additional Information

• Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later
• Time off requests (RTO) must be included at the time of application and cannot exceed seven days. There is no RTO during the first week of assignment.
