Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

  • Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • 36 hours scheduled with 24 hours guaranteed
  • Must be willing to float to similar units or nearby locations as needed
  • Weekend and on-call schedules will be determined by the facility

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 24 months of recent PCU experience required
  • Active life support certifications (BLS and ACLS) from an approved vendor
  • No violations on the state nursing license to practice
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for residency verification
  • Travel experience is highly preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or within one week
  • Maximum of 7 days' requested time off (RTO), with no RTO during the first week of assignment
  • Compliance with all background check standards is mandatory

Profile Requirements

  • Complete cover page indicating locations, shifts, and departments willing to work
  • Current resume detailing facilities, departments, trauma level designations, and bed counts
  • Completion of a PCU skills checklist within the last 12 months
  • Active nursing license verified in the last 30 days
