Summary
Join WCS Healthcare Partners as a dedicated Registered Nurse in the Med/Surg unit, where you will play a crucial role in patient care. This position is perfect for a compassionate and skilled nurse looking to make a difference in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer medications orally, subcutaneously, and through IV, and accurately record prescribed medications.
- Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with policy guidelines.
- Educate patients on surgical procedures and record their medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, interpreting and recording electronic displays.
Requirements
- Active GA/Compact License.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- BLS certification required.
