Assistant Director of Nursing (Assistant DON)

Job Summary

  • Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance
  • Monitor performance for patient care and assess units with nurse managers
  • Communicate and assist with any corrective action
  • Develop a record-keeping system to record medication errors and counseling

Schedule Notes

  • Must have Med/Surg experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • Seven (7) years of experience, five (5) of which were in a supervisory role
