Summary

Join our dynamic healthcare team at WCS Healthcare Partners in Boston, MA, where you will have the opportunity to work in a Level III Trauma Center's Intensive Care Unit. With a strong emphasis on patient care and a supportive environment, this role offers a rewarding experience for those with a passion for critical care nursing.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor and interpret telemetry strips
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Float to Medical/Surgical Units as needed, caring for up to 4 or 5 patients

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of continuous Adult ICU experience, preferably in a MICU
Active Massachusetts RN License
AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
Telemetry competency required
