Summary
Join our dynamic team at WCS Healthcare Partners as a Registered Nurse specializing in Oncology. We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients. This role is based in the vibrant city of Newton, MA, known for its excellent quality of life and close proximity to Boston.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients in an outpatient setting.
- Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and immunotherapy treatments.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and symptom management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using EPIC.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of oncology or medical infusion experience required.
- At least 1 year of outpatient experience required.
- EPIC trained with strong IV skills.
- ONS chemo/bio/immunotherapy certificate required.
- OCN certification strongly preferred.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
