Summary
Join our dynamic team at WCS Healthcare Partners in the vibrant city of Newton, MA. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your skills and expertise will be valued and appreciated.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia in the PACU.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure their comfort and safety post-surgery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years RN experience, with at least 1 year in a PACU setting.
- Experience in an Academic Medical Center is preferred.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications are required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
