Summary

Join our dynamic team at WCS Healthcare Partners in Boston, MA, where you will have the opportunity to work in a Level III Trauma Center's Intensive Care Unit. This role offers a unique chance to provide critical care in a 20-bed Medical/Surgical ICU, with a focus on high-acuity patients. Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
Float to Medical/Surgical Units as required, handling up to 4 or 5 patients when necessary.
Collaborate with attendings and residents present 24/7 in the ICU.
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary procedures.
Utilize the EPIC EMR system for accurate and efficient charting.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of Adult ICU experience required.
2 years of continuous work experience in one location, preferably a MICU.
Ability to read Tele Strips and demonstrate telemetry competency.
Active Massachusetts RN License.
Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications.
