Join WCS Healthcare Partners as a dedicated member of our Cardiac Catheterization team in Newton, MA. We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses to provide exceptional patient care and collaborate effectively with our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Act as a critical member of the patient care team within the department.
• Collaborate with other care team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote a philosophy of patient/family-focused care in all interactions.
• Understand and meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
• 2 years of ICU experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab RN preferred.
• Prior traveler experience preferred but not required.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling with options for 3 x 12-hour shifts or 4 x 10-hour shifts.
• Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call possible during the contract.
• No mandatory weekend or holiday worked shifts.
• In a 13-week contract, expect 1–2 weeknights (total) of call and possibly 1 weekend of call (not guaranteed).
