Summary

Join WCS Healthcare Partners as a dedicated member of our Cardiac Catheterization team in Newton, MA. We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses to provide exceptional patient care and collaborate effectively with our healthcare team. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to handle a variety of cases and procedures in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a critical member of the patient care team within the department.
  • Collaborate with other care team members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Promote a philosophy of patient/family-focused care in all interactions.
  • Understand and meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
  • 2 years of ICU experience preferred.
  • 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab RN preferred.
  • Prior traveler experience preferred but not required.

Schedule

  • Flexible scheduling with options for 3 x 12-hour shifts or 4 x 10-hour shifts.
  • Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call possible during the contract.
  • No mandatory weekend or holiday worked shifts.
  • In a 13-week contract, expect 1–2 weeknights (total) of call and possibly 1 weekend of call (not guaranteed).
