Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a 65-bed, pod-based Emergency Department.
Perform assessments, documentation, IV, phlebotomy, EKG, cardiac monitoring, point-of-care testing, and splinting.
Utilize critical thinking skills to handle emergencies and educate patients effectively.
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Nursing experience.
Proficiency in general ED nursing skills.
Certifications Required: AHA Certified BLS, ACLS, NRP.
Strongly Preferred: PALS, TNCC.
Experience with EPIC ASAP EMR system.
Willingness to float and rotate shifts as needed, with a primary focus on night shifts.
