Description

Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic services to patients.
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care and equipment usage.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy.
- Active state license(s) and all required certifications must be in hand at submission.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications are required.
- Experience in adult critical care and pediatrics is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
