Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to develop customized treatment plans.
- Implement physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
