Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using the Cerner EMR system.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-treatment care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Must hold current AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to work varying shifts from 3p-3a.
• Willingness to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
• Proficiency in using the Cerner EMR system.
• Applicants must reside outside a 50-mile radius from Cumming, GA.
