Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit.
- Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and document care accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and health maintenance.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Med/Surg setting.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
- Chemo certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
