Description

Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at WCS Healthcare Partners in Worcester, MA. We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care in our Emergency Department, ensuring the well-being of patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
  • Assess and triage patients quickly and efficiently.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department or similar setting.
  • Valid and current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in reading telemetry and managing dysrhythmias.
  • Experience with EPIC electronic health records system preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
