Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a high-acuity Emergency Department position requiring at least 2 years of ED or ICU experience and a MA RN license.
Details
- Large, high-acuity 118-bed emergency department
- Highly diverse patient population including behavioral health, boarding patients, and critically ill/ICU-level cases
- Typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6
- Night shift schedule with 3x12 or 4x12 options, 36 hrs/week
- 30 minute meal break included in shift
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active MA RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience, post-orientation
- Strong critical care skills required
- Must be comfortable managing complex, unstable patients in a fast-paced environment
