Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and provide post-operative care in the PACU.
- Perform telephone triage and provide care coordination.
- Educate patients and families about post-operative care and recovery.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Experience in ambulatory/outpatient nursing, minimum 1 year
- Telephone triage experience
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and care coordination skills
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
