Description
Join a dynamic healthcare team in Milton, MA, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care to critically ill patients. This position offers guaranteed hours and the chance to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Manage ventilators and perform vasoactive and sedation titration.
- Monitor hemodynamic status and recognize/manage cardiac dysrhythmias.
- Deliver post-STEMI care and ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Float to PACU, Step Down, and ED as needed to care for holding patients.
- Participate in 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of related work experience in an ICU setting.
- Valid MA Nursing License (can apply at time of offer).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- CCR certification preferred.
- Experience with Epic systems is required.
- Successful completion of ECG/Tele and Medications tests during orientation.
