Our Step Down Unit provides a critical bridge between intensive care and general medical-surgical units, allowing you to utilize your skills in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to patients in the Step Down Unit
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
