Description
Join the dedicated team at WCS Healthcare Partners in Milton, MA, where you will provide exceptional care in the Intensive Care Unit. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced RNs to work in a dynamic environment and make a significant impact on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Manage ventilators and titrate vasoactive and sedation medications.
- Monitor hemodynamic status and recognize/manage cardiac dysrhythmias.
- Deliver post-STEMI care and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Float as needed to PACU, Step Down, and ED for care of holding patients.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of related work experience required.
- Current MA RN License (can apply at time of offer).
- CPR – AHA, ACLS – AHA, BLS certifications required.
- CCRN certification preferred.
- Experience with Epic systems is required.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend.
