Description

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to patients in the emergency department.
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings.
- Manage care of ventilated patients and handle trauma cases.
- Participate in triage and prioritize patient care based on severity of condition.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.
- Current and valid MA nursing license.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP required.
- Experience in a Level I Trauma Center is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong preference for experience with psych/behavioral health in an ED setting.
- Proficiency in EPIC is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret telemetry is essential.
